• Rotating Seasonal Menu - Following the consultation, there will be time for you to review the rotating menu and find your favorites. Please text, email, or call me, at-least 3 days in advance of the first scheduled cooking date so I can plan accordingly

• Family Style Service - Large platters placed on dinner table meant for sharing like a family served indirectly from the serving dishes to you

• Three Courses- Appetizer - Main - Dessert

• Customized Seasonal Menu - After the consultation, a seasonly inspired menu will be personalized for you. Three days before the scheduled service day the menu will be sent to you for your approval. 

• Plated Style Service - Individual elegant plates prepared by the kitchen then served directly from the server to you

•  Six Courses - Hors D'oeuvres - Soup - Appetizer -Salad - Main - Dessert

• Wine Pairing Upon Request - 6 person minimum
