All services begin with a free consultation to discover what you are looking for, the services we provide, your likes and dislikes, what happens during the day of cooking, and to answer any further questions you may have. Three days before your scheduled cook date, I will send you a menu to approve. On the day I am scheduled to cook I will go grocery shopping, come to your house to prepare your meals, package them up, clean up the kitchen and leave reheating instructions.
I am located in Bel Air, MD and commonly serve areas around Harford County, Cecil County, and Baltimore County. I am happy to drive out of the common service areas, just reach out for your free consultation and we can arrange something that works for both of us.
The service will be done in the comfort of your home, often times clients prefer the service be done while they are at work so that they come home to a clean kitchen with a stocked fridge. In order to enter your home without you being there, we will arrange an entering/leaving system that suits your liking.
Meal Prep
Clients are charged a flat rate each week. The price depends on which package you have chosen, Single-$124.99, Couple-$174.99, or Family Package-$249.99. (Offer Expires Soon...)
Private Events (Signature and Tailored)
Signature- patrons will be prepared a 3-course family style arrangement from Chef Ev's Signature menu. The pricing begins at $75 per person. (Price Includes Cost of Groceries)
Tailored- patrons will be prepared a 6-course plated style arrangement from a customized seasonal menu. The pricing begins at $100 per person. Wine pairings are included amongst request.

*Clients will be charged a one time service fee of $50 for BPA-free reusable meal prep containers
or they can use ones that they previously own.
The full payment is due the day of service. You have the option to pay online after receiving the email containing the invoice (will be sent day of service date) or by leaving cash/check at your home. We also accept EMV chip cards and contactless payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay) via Electronic Card Reader.
After being provided with you dietary preferences from the consultation, I will have a good idea on how to carry forth the weekly menus. I will send the menu over to you 3 days before the scheduled service date for you to review and send back any last changes or feedback. If you have any meals that you enjoy eating, now would be the last time to mention them before service day.
Three days prior to the scheduled cook day I will send you the menu for your approval and to accept any last minute recommendations. This is the last day for cancellations with zero fees. After the menu has been sent to you and you approve, any cancellation will result in a $100 cancellation fee.
