The Meal Prep Service Includes:
Free Consultation - This is where you get to understand the process a little more! Let's figure out your dietary preferences, familiarize me with your kitchen, figure out the service day, and answer any questions you may still have.
Meal Planning - After meeting with you and discovering your likes and dislikes, Chef Ev will contact you 3 days before the scheduled service day to have you approve of a menu. This is when we finalize what you are looking for and provide any last minute feedback.
Grocery Shopping - Chef Ev will grocery shop the morning of the service at local butcher-shops/farms to ensure the freshest possible ingredients (The price of groceries will be included in the total cost).
Meal Preparation - Meal preparation is done from "farm-to-fridge" inside of your home using most of our equipment, and some of your smaller kitchen items. Anything used will be cleaned and sanitized.
Cook & Clean - The cooking and cleaning process takes around 4-5 hours depending on the service and the options you chose. Precautionary cleaning measures are set in place with Norwex towels, home friendly cleaners, and more!
Store & Organize -All the meals will be organized and stored in your fridge with the finest meal prep containers (one time charge of $25 dollars for containers or use previously owned ones) which are reusable and have no BPA's.
Labels & Instructions - The stored meals will be labeled with the name of the entree and instructions on how to reheat.

entrees, 3 vegetables, and 3 carbs
- In total, you will have 7 meals with the appropriate vegetables and carbs, just some of your favorite meals we will double up. This is because of where we source our product from, local butcher shops and farms, which have "single" portions that are often happily big enough for two portions... and we want to be able to use all of the product without any waste!
14 Entrees & 28 Side Dishes
-From the meal prep menu chose 5 entrees, 5 vegetables, and 5 carbs
- In total, you will have 14 meals with the appropriate vegetable and carb portions, just some of your favorite meals we will double up.
